- Use chainsaw with safety guard attached to protect yourself while working on the tree.
- Make sure to cut away and not towards you, to prevent your limbs from getting caught in the saw blade.
- Wear protective clothing when working around the trees as some of the debris can go towards you.
- Cover all parts of your body, including your arms and head. Wear a clear glass sunglass to protect your eyes from debris.
- Wear gloves when handling sharp objects such as saws or shovels because they can cause injury when not handled properly.
