What Type of Palm Trees Do We Remove?

We remove different types of palm trees such as fronds, trunked palms, single trunks and more. Each type has its own unique characteristics which means that different methods will be required for them all depending on their size and location on your property.
Palm trees are a popular feature in gardens, but they can also be problematic. If you have a palm tree that has strayed outside its bounds and is growing uncontrollably, it may be time to remove it.
Before we start removing any kind of tree, we make sure that it’s safe for removal. Some species of palms do not tolerate cold temperatures well and will die back during winter months if their roots aren’t kept warm by mulch or supplemental heat sources like heat lamps or electric blankets placed around their base. We also check the ground around the base of the trunk for any sins of rot or other damage so we know what needs immediate attention. We can also move palm trees and replant them in different locations.

Tips for Palm Tree Removal

Palm trees are very hardy and can grow quite large. They require regular pruning to keep them in shape and prevent them from strangling the other plants in your garden. However, if you don’t know what you’re doing, it’s easy for your palm tree to get out of control. The following are some tips for removing palm trees.

  1. Use chainsaw with safety guard attached to protect yourself while working on the tree.
  2. Make sure to cut away and not towards you, to prevent your limbs from getting caught in the saw blade.
  3. Wear protective clothing when working around the trees as some of the debris can go towards you.
  4. Cover all parts of your body, including your arms and head. Wear a clear glass sunglass to protect your eyes from debris.
  5. Wear gloves when handling sharp objects such as saws or shovels because they can cause injury when not handled properly.
